v      Monitoring (Jacksonville, FL) market level KPI’s for all the sites in the Jacksonville Market for all three bands 800 MHz LTE,1900,2500 on daily basis.

v      Generating Tableau based performance report on daily basis, with the results of issues encountered in the market.

v      Identifying the top offenders in the market for CDR/CFR and scrubbing the sites with high impact.

v      Creating RFDS & Plumbing diagram.
